I agree, I was truly bothered by the interaction. Someone told me before that this is a work of fiction and it's not real. Basically to not take it so seriously lol but I find it interesting that a majority of BL content goes the toxic route when there's so many different ways to positively represent couples within lgbtq. I'm just saying, it would do good to have healthier representation between male characters than to constantly skirt around consent as if people don't know how to do it.

I know no one is perfect but you can literally use any other plot device other than lack of clear consent to show that Ahjussi isn't perfect or that he's toxic at this point and has flaws BUT I'm predicting that the whole thing gets swept under the rug
from the flow of the story, it doesn't look like the author feels there's anything wrong with the interaction and most likely won't feel the need to address it at all. The author will probably choose Eui Joon to not be bothered(too much) since he supposedly had a good dicking (regardless of how improbable the shape and size to go into a man of his stature). Because what can you expect from a mafia member? Almost feels convenient (no pun intended). But like I said, you can use any other plot device to show that someone's not perfect or make mistakes than using ideas of rape or lack of clear consent if you're not even gonna address it properly. Director was looking for a place where Yiyoung can write his name but that it's invisible. Than he remembers and said. Write it on my shoe.

Now in chapter 73. Director Kang and Secretary Cha needed to attend a meeting. The place was a traditional place where you should take off your shoes. Secretary Cha was outside speaking on the phone. Director's shoe accidentally fell off and an old man was close and he saw that something was written in director's shoe. That's why director Kang was worried. But secretary Cha kicked the shoe outside. So that man didn't sawwhat was written.
As for Yiyoung I don't know but maybe he thinks that he isn't doing his job right because he is too excited. In the end Director Kang said to secretary Cha: He is my man
I use the app Google Lens to translate frozen texts. It's not very smooth but it works well to get a general idea on what's going on. So here's my take on on the last chapter:
If you remember Ch.72, Yiyoung playfully wrote on Director Kang bottom shoe the following: "Yiyoun is Director Kang's boyfriend". In Ch.73, D.Kang was on a meeting and had to remove his shoes at the entrance then that other employee accidentally dropped the shoes and noticed there was something written on the bottom. That's where D. Kang panicked 'cause he realized he could read and figure out he was having a relationship with Yiyoung. While the employee was trying to read, secretary Cha saved the day by throwing the shoe all over the place, haha!!
Meanwhile, Yiyoung was having a dream about what he wrote on the shoes but them he woke up and realized it wasn't a dream and he is really dating D.Kang. He keeps being in denial!
When he leaved the office with the girls to go get some lunch, he meets D. Kang and secretary Cha coming back from their meeting. Kang asks him where he is going and he replies he's out for lunch and both manage to stay very professional without showing any emotions and stuff. Secretary Cha notices that and tells Director Kang that Yiyoung is now better controlling his emotions and it shows how much he is a professional and a great person. To that, director Kang ends the chapter by replying: "That's right. He is my man/boyfriend".
