When you think about it she was raised isolated having contact only with her grandparents so it’s to be expected she is not that much of a communicator but he has no excuses. It’s so sad that now that he wants to act like a decent father she will lose the baby
It's tragic really. As much as I would like to feel sorry for him, I really don't. He's never even given her any assurances whatsoever. He knew that FL was troubled by something and even asked him if he had anything to say. But no. Not even a half hearted "it's all going to be okay". FL deserved better.

I'll try to remember as much as I can but fair warning I've read too many stuff that I can only remember the general events. Spoiler....
So FL is gonna get poisoned and be in a coma-like state. This sort of breaks the ML and he eventually turns into an empty husk and go all zombie-like. Eventually FL does wake up from the coma and finds out about what happened to ML. She kills the emperor and decapitates his head (since he was still alive last time Eden sliced his neck but not all the way through) then was able to get back to korea and meets Eden. At some point he was able to go back too. FL though decides to go back (i cant remember her exact reasoning if it's because she cant live a normal life after all she's been through or told him she does love ML or both i honestly cant recall) and reigns over the kingdom with decapitated ML head.
