Idk how helpful this is but whenever recipes have nutmeg, it's like a tiny amount. E.g. french toast? It's literally like the size of a quarter of your nail.
Yeah. Nutmeg is a spice, so it’s not surprising. You usually only use a small amount of a spice to get the job done(too much is usually way too overpowering lol)
