The ending left me absolutely heartbroken, it can't end like that, I'm crying just thinking about it. That Sungjae died and Dohwi has to live on forever without him, I can't stand it.
We saw the back of Dohwi at the end of the 2nd season in the modern time. Pretty sure author was hinting at a new season with modern setting in Seoul too.
There are actually a couple special chapters of Dohwi and Sungjae in modern day at the end of season 1. So we can reread those while waiting XD
