Oh, yeah. I mean, I've read that too but before that the resemblance to an actual physical wolf is, for me, uncanny. Like, if this became a supernatural manga and just the middle brother was a werewolf I would not be surprised.

So amazing! Kotou is absolutely sexy as fuck! Also, this is the first manga that I've read where the amnesiac does not reclaim his memories. But he still falls just as much in love as he was before. WITH. NO. "HELP". FROM HIS PARTNER. He definitely fell in love on his own accord just as he wanted. They did this one well.
I just realised who the author was. After I read it. It sucks because this author is so good at writing interesting stories AND THEN STABBING ME IN THE HEART WITH OPEN ENDINGS.
