It's taken lightly everywhere else in the world which is WHY it is a common theme in yaoi. Men are considered weak if they cry or get help or even worse, compared to women. It's a lot deeper than what the cartoonist is portraying.

but there's an age limit. that's pretty messed up. And it doesn't technically fall under the law for "rape" how sad.
