Okay, okay, here. This made me search a lil' bit. About how big 4months/ 16 weeks pregnancy looks like, and it wasn't that big, but still obvious. And I think the author "purposely" made it in the smaller side. And about the baby moving, apparently it was called quickening and there are certain tale-tells that you can feel the baby moving as early as 16 weeks, which I believe is about the same as Louis. So, "therefore", Louis not having his baby bump show that much, cos' I think there was this chapter where ML said MC looked bloated, and still feeling the baby move is indeed somehow possible???

The person carrying the child will be able to feel the baby move. However, no one else can help the child even if it does somersault in the womb. Some women doesn’t show much when they’re 4/5 months pregnant. Then boom- they’re like an inflated balloon. If you’re skinny enough. When you lay on your back you will see the bump. Beside that, there is no way ml can feel the baby move.
There are women who don’t show at 4-5 months if they are tall. It looks like a small bump so it’s possible to not look pregnant at 4 months. On shorter women, it really shows.
