I still think assigned dom/sub at birth is a dumbass premise for worldbuilding but as always the mangaka makes it work. the combo of them being comfortable with each other but confused with what the hell is going is really cute so far
I'd guess it has a lot to do with reader's personal connection to the themes. there aren't a whole lot of people relatively who have had someone close to murdered by serial killers or in direct relation to organized crime but just about everyone in the world knows someone who has been saed so it becomes more directly triggering. is it hypocritic......
I think people are missing the fact that a LOT of the manhwa that gets posted here is already available on an official platform in english. takes a lot longer to translate/clean/typeset a thirty page chapter of manga than it does to download a few images and reupload them.
I really don't like comics in the long format though so I may just be a bi......
