if you're a local on twitter, please tell your mutuals to stop telling MENTALLY MINORS that they should kill themselves and starve themselves to death.

shaming people for having a harmful coping method is not helping them.

condoning the harassment and doxxing of minors is not helping them.

invalidating their mental illness as an "aesthetic" is fucking disgusting.

many of the people on these communities are minors who can not afford therapy/has neglectful and abusive parents. the community is their safe space for them and venting spot. taking this away from them would just make their issues worse honestly.

i don't agree w/ some of the things they do, however, telling suicidal minors that they will be better off dead is fucking horrid and disgusting and you're part of the problem. i do have a personal bias because i did the same thing when i struggled w/ those issues and i'm still in that community. and all i can say the amount of times a local completed invalidated my issues when they were trying to ""help"" me is ridiculous.

if you're going to help people, please give them hotline numbers, how to escape their situation, and support instead of harassment and bullying.

like i love horror survival games so much and it’s kinda disappointing how a lot of survival game gems get outshined by danganronpa (which is really good but i feel like now most people compare thing that has a survival game concept to danganronpa)

so if you know any lesser known mangas/anime’s that have a similar concept, put them here or something.

here’s a few i know
•jinrou game/werewolf game series
high schoolers are forced to participate in a game of werewolf. there are werewolves and villagers and each night the werewolves murders a villagers. the villagers must vote and execute the werewolves. if the villagers eliminate all of the werewolves, they win. if the werewolves outnumber the villagers, the werewolves win. (i think there’s 3 or 4 mangas of these. it’s really good and it has that voting aspect and “trials” where they try to convince others why [insert name] is a werewolf. each manga has dif. roles like one has a role of bodyguards, one has a fox role, etc... and each role has a different ability)

•signal 100
a tormented high school teacher puts a hypnosis on his students to where doing 100 everyday actions will drive them to suicide. the students must figure out how to undo the hypnosis along with being forced to participate in small games that can cause them to die. (this is pretty gorey)

•kamisama no lutoori ni
a high school student has a fight with his best friend and skips school. the next day, he finds out his friend, along with several other high school students, are forced to play deadly versions of childhood games created by a god. (there’s a movie of this i think. there’s also another manga that’s the same name but w/o the ni that has a dif. mc and basically shows the beginning of the games and stuff. however, you don’t need to read that other manga to start on this one.)

•ousama game series
king’s orders are absolute. high schoolers are forced to play a king’s game where they must obey the orders by someone known as the “king”. the orders can easily go from “hold hands with [insert name]” to “murder your parents” or “kill your classmate” and if they don’t do them, they will get punished. the punishments can be small things such as “tell everyone your secret” or flat out being forced to commit suicide or being skinned alive. (there’s 3 mangas to this. here’s the order i think they’re supposed to be read in.
the first one ofc - the village one that tells the origins - the sequel to the first one where the mc transfers to a new school due to the trauma)

•oukoku game
similar to ousama game, you must obey king’s orders. however in oukoku game, the king is randomly selected each night along with other roles. unlike ousama where you must obey the king, oukoku game is more focused on the kingdom aspect and you must kill kings of other kingdoms and grow our kingdom. (sorry i cant go more in depth where i read this manga at, it only had like 12 chapters translated so i dont have much to work with)

•rule annihilation classroom
mc transfers to a new high school and he learns quickly that there is “rules.” you cannot disobey the rules because disobeying is punishable by death. mc believes these rules are quite iffy and tries to investigate the mystery behind them (it been a while since i read this sorry)

•kangoku jikken
god fuck i’m tired of writing summaries. okay uh, mc gets harassed and bullied at school. he is given an opportunity to keep his bully hostage. mc writes down the name of his bully and surprisingly, his bully is locked up in a cell and he’s able to torture her but he cannot kill her. along with this, he must obey the rules of a game and if he wins, i genuinely forgot because i haven’t read this shit in months.

•dorei yuugi
mc gets an app called slavego and thinking its a joke, he takes a picture of someone and turns them into a slave. later on, he finds out the hard way, that there’s an underground ring of slaves and it’s common to have matches where they battle to the death. and if you lose, you become a slave yourself. but if you win, you can easily make big bucks. mc gets involved whenever his high school friend gets captured as a slave and he have zex (lmfao that’s what it’s called i think) with an influential and rich slave master in order to save her. (ik this sounds super fucking crazy but it’s a killing game but the mc is kinda like in charge?? and his actions can cause his slaves to die. it’s a killing game i swear but it’s not like your typical one?? it’s more action focused but it still has the concept so i’m including it. also i think there’s like 50+ translated chapters rn.)

there’s more ik but i haven’t finished reading them but um please like reply a shit ton to this because i spent a hour writing these summaries and i don’t want it to go to waste.

who’s your comfort characters and why? mine is mori jin from god of high school and hooni from suicide boy.

mori jin makes me really happy honesty. i love him

i rlly relate to hooni because i used to be in a similar situation as him. it’s rlly comforting seeing someone else who also struggles with the same things i do (s//f h//m, depression, tired and no motivation to clean, etc...)

i also have some more questionable comfort characters like naoko from pumpkin night. she may b a serial killer and yes i need therapy, but i love her so much and she makes me :))).

here’s the dere test, it comes with pretty much all of the deres i think and it’s not cringeworthy.

If you don’t know what “deres” are, they’re kinda like personality types commonly found in anime. You can search up a dere type chart if you need one for reference.

My favorites dere type has to be kamidere or himedere honestly. I’m such a sucker for god complexes and egoistic characters like
i prefer cocky characters x1000 more than the basic “dense and loud” or the “naïve and puppy” mc.
