I've thought about this myself actually lol - i've always imagined him asexual, or something much along those lines. Nope not asexual or demisexual. He mentions that he sometimes had sexual urges and masturbated before but that since Morinaga always does it for him he wondered if he had forgotten how. That was mentioned in the story arc where he was in Canada. He's just very focused and doesn't place importance on sex. Keep in mind not everyone's sex drive is the same and he probably feels a lower urge. He's also not in his teens and barely in his early 20's since he's already working on a doctorate. Assuming he went to college at 18 and did four years, then an additonal 2-4 years for his masters, and he's in his 2nd or 3rd year of his doctorate that puts him at the minimum age of 26 and as old as 29. I thought they mentioned his age once but I'd have to go re-read again.

Lol i caan ASSURE you as an asexual person myself we DO have sexual feelinsg (some of us). We dont have sexual feelings towards other people. We just get turned on. You can literally ask any assexual person this

I have been an Ace from the very beggining. I mean now I am 23 and I have never had a boyfriend in my entire live. I have been kissed once by girl and I didn't like it. If you are flux/ace then you are not asexual. Asexual by the very definition feel NO sexual arousal. My friends that are asexual don't get turned on by manga, anime, others, themselves, they feel literally zero attraction or sexual urge. What you are describing is not the same as asexual. You can try the "I'm asexual so I should know" but just because you personally label yourself that way does not mean that is what it is. You sound like you fall into the flux categories but are on one extreme side of it. Their is a pardon the pun rainbow of sexual orientations so many overlap. I'm not saying any of that to insult you I just have a wide range of experience with people of many orientations both from romantic relationships as well as friendship ones (plus some family ones).

Funny you, not an asexual, is trying to tell me, someone who is asexual and involved with the asexual community, what it means to be asexual and what asexual can and cant do. Maybe you should educate yourself on asexuality by the actual asexual community and asexual themselves instead of a dictionary meaning :)?

Considering he quite clearly is turned on at times by Morinaga and willing initiates sex with him in the hotel after the fire burned down the house that cancels out the idea of him being asexual. He IS attracted sexually and romantically to Morinaga but he has issues because of his previous trauma both from the other guy and Morinaga forcing him. As for your own sexuality call yourself whatever you want but I am quite aware of the "community" and how definitions can vary greatly from location and from where you commune online. Also I don't recall ever stating my sexuality. I did mention romantic relationships but at no point did I say they were sexual. I will settle it simply with I do have a sex life so no I'm not asexual but I am aceflux so some days I find it borderline repulsive and others I'm more than enthusiastic for it. Asexual simply means you are not sexually attracted to a person because of their specific sex. Like Yaoimutt I am asexual. And no I am not demisexual. It's almost like you didn't read it. What you keep on missing is that the difference between say demisexual and heterosexual or homosexual is not WHETHER one can feel arousal but WHY they do.
