Oof the extra had me tearing up. I'm sad that he has such a neglectful father but hey not all dads are perfect. I'm sure he's working hard so he can give Taichi a good future. Just...some dads don't know how much they are missing out by not being a good parent. I feel bad for the dad. He missed out on a lot of experiences with his son.
Some of you who are so angry you're cursing the dad...well, I don't know all of your story but maybe check your privileges. Haha. Not every dad can afford to take a break from work. My dad rarely took us to vacation or any trips because we didn't have the money for it and my dad was always busy working to make ends meet. The most he could do to spend time with is was when we would watch documentaries together or play computer games together sometimes. My dad wasn't perfect but he did his best.
I'm just glad he had a grandpa who stepped up and became a wonderful father figure to him.

As someone who's father did work most of his life & didn't come home much & yet still found time for us & gave us everything & never made us feel as poor as we were... Sh*t talking the dad sounds valid to me.

I saw Gush April2024 had Koisuru Boukun on the Table of Contents so I wanted to buy it but unfortunately, it's not available for purchase outside Japan. Is the April 2024 vol 15 ch 4? Are we waiting then for the July 2024 issue for vol 15 ch 5? Thanks for whoever has answers
Show me some angst. I want to see Souichi actually feeling something. I want to see him writhe in jealousy and anxiety and actually show that he has feelings for Morinaga even if he can't say "I like you".It's always one-sided from Morinaga. Sure, one time he took care of Morinaga when he was sick. But was that really it? Anyone who's a decent human being would do that for a friend.
At least acknowledge the relationship. Man. If you don't want to be called "fuck buddies" then acknowledge that you're not just sleeping with your roommate. Dumb professor just keeps on stringing Morinaga along without consequences.
I just want Morinaga to be happy. He's had a shitty life probs really insecure about being loved. He's not forcing it out of Souichi because he probably thinks he doesn't deserve to be loved. His parents and Masaki never really loved him the way he wanted to be loved so why should he make a big deal about it with Souichi?
Meanwhile Souichi is just unconsciously exploiting that by trapping Morinaga in a shitty situationship where the only person that's bound to hurt is Morinaga. Souichi doesn't have anything invested in this relationship meanwhile, Morinaga is the one who's always giving. What does Souichi bring to the table?
He's bound to get exhausted at this point and I want to be here when the final straw breaks thr camel's back.

I love the ending. Them growing old together. I almost dropped it because of the weird start and the more mature drawing style but what a gem. I loved it. It had a good mix of drama, angst, romance, and comedy
