the anime only covers some early chapter so its not that different from the manga and I think it looks rather rushed and has no depth. but if u read all chapter you'll get a deeper development in their relationship... the manga is so much better from the anime

i dont really remember but in this one manga, the MC was kinda given as a settlement to the seme because the MC's brother company was in a situation. the MC and seme fucked (not romanticised but kinda psychotic). when the seme finally thought he has control over the MC's life, the MC purposely towards a car outside the company's building and got hit. he gleefully died looking at the seme's face of terror
