that only happened to me once when i was reading on my phone but it look fine when i read it on my laptop
That's what usually happens on mobile. Can also happen with laptops/ computers. It's caused by uh slow internet connection or not good internet. Usually, if pages dont load or it's blurry, it's best to just wait it out for about 5 minutes and if it doesnt work then try reloading the computer. If it fails to load do that then it's your internet. Then i'd try turning the wifi off then back on with whatever your using
Use a different browser. Are you using chrome? If yes, use something else. I also had similar problems but started using fire fox and it was fine.
Happens to me sometimes too, I switch between chrome and adblock browsers and it fixes it for me
