hello minna san... I really want to read Sex Pistol because everyone keeps saying that it is a good story, i"m in a mood for a long yaoi right now. but I was only on chapter one and gave up because of the art and rather confusing plot... So... for anyone of u who have had read Sex Pistol, is it worth to read?? is it really good story?

It's TOTALLY worth the read!! Trust me!! I know it might sound a bit confusing at 1st. But if you can just patiently read the 1st 3 chapters you'll get the hang of it. It's really amazing because different vol has different stories. And they are not stereotypical. Another thing you can do is watch the ova 1st. There are only 2 episodes. I accidentally watched them 1st and got hooked. Then i tried the manga because the anime was so pretty & HOT. It was a pain to get the whole confusing plot at 1st but it was totally worth my time!!

let me see...sex pistols is a bit confusing because it is a collection of stories, all somewhat interconnected, and the art does take some getting used to. The stories/chapter titles don't have an indicator about when one story ends and another begins, such as love mode (no titles that say, OK, this is story 1, this is story 2...etc).
It contains soul-animals (not really sure I can explain this well, i still can't understand it a lot...what i think is that every person there has something like an animal representation and this determines how compatible they are with other 'species'...) and mpreg.
i've read this before and it was fairly OK, i think you gave up too easy. ignore any 'explanations' of the soul-animals or mpreg that seem too complicated, you would see how they are applied in the manga/story arc.
art isn't exceptional. not all stories are good (for my taste) but there are some that are good enough that I like them and still remember them.
most stories are set between two teenagers/ high-school age, but there are some stories between adults.
so if you still think that it is OK with the description i gave you, give it a try.

Maybe you should start with the OVAs. I used to be confused before so I start watching the anime and after that youll soon find yourself reading the manga and wanting more!

i'm currently reading Sex Pistol right now, and I'm only at volume 4, and got a little lost about the Madarame family tree. How Shinobu, Yonekuni, Kunimasa, Hidekuni, Manami are brothers? Can anyone give me an explanation , it's so bothersome to not understand about this... Arigatou...

okay. this is what I understand from what I remember, and from the chart that @stellarr provided.
First thing first, Madarame Makio is promiscuous. she had a lot of flings but her one true love is Karen. With Karen, Makio had two children, Shinobu and Manami.
Madarame Makio had one child with Maximillian Seymour, which is Yonekuni.
Madarame Makio had one child with David Woodville, which is Kunimasa.
Maximillian Seymour and David Woodville are also a couple, and had a child which is Hidekuni.
In short, they are all half brothers except Shinobu and Manami who had same parents. And Hidekuni is not blood-related to Madarame Makio.
