i used to have bad social anxiety and missed a lot of opportunities to meet new people and experience life, but what worked for me is just pushing through my fears. you can start by just making small talk with strangers and faking confidence until you're not faking anymore. idk thats how i got over it   reply

i listen to music or watch shows/youtube while reading so its like double the entertainment and im able to focus on both   1 reply
