idk why but im just feeling like im nothing lately. ive had the sudden urged to harm myself but im too scared to. i cry for no reason and im becoming more sensitive when people yell at me. im scared to even talk to my parents without them yelling at me. im scared to tell jokes to my siblings without them slapping me and saying im not funny. im scared to rant to my friends about my problems without them saying its nothing. im tired of everyone saying my issues are just a phase and that itll move on

is it normal being scared whenever someones hands are near u? my sister always slaps or just hits my head whenever i make her mad, so whenever someone would come near me and put their hands close to me i flinch or close my eyes, and it makes me look like a weirdo.
