Technically, Cosette isn't the one who killed mc, but rather it's the Duke and the kingdom. The Duke didn't do shit when his own daughter was about to be executive , he didn't even felt bad how his ex-wife died,
So I understand Cosette's character, but many people hate her and it's natural since she's the villain but imagine, just imagine the story started it Cosette's perspective or even the Real Cosette perspective, looking for revenge for the one who killed her mother.
