I love the fact that these characters that got transported into another world are actually thinking of how to get back and why* they're there. Most isekai just have as a convenient backstory and then it's forgotten. ALSO awesome how they're not ALL from Japan. It always bothered me how when they're summoning "heroes" or wtv they're ALWAYS from Japan no matter how many people they summon. It just doesn't make sense
Also gotta love the scottish lass basically saying there's a bunch of faefolk back on earth that have been passed off as myth, just CASUALLY, always thought that was something
To be honest, more than half of the isekai stories are the reincarnation type this it's like impossible to go back. Those that didn't try to go back right away is because they're too busy fighting or dealing with immediate threat whereas this setting is slice of life so they can afford thinking about going back since they don't have to fight for their lives
