no matter how many times I read this it still leaves on special place in my favorites in josei/shoujo genre <3 such interesting mix of personalities and catching story with 2 stubborn but great main characters and gosh perfect guy like Hokuto X3 and drawing and expressions and situations <3 gosh Maki-sensei you ROCK!

Hon, while I get your irritation, attacking the other comments doesn't do any good. Perhaps a friendly reminder that this is a deliberate over-exaggeration, as shown by the mangaka's own side comments, which dials tropes up to 11 for comedic effect would suffice? Isn't it enough that you understand and love it? I hate to think that your enjoyment of something this fun was ruined because of that. If you look at the rating, it's pretty obvious that *most* of the readers understand and appreciate the rational behind it.
That said, OMG, that 'face' pun! *cries laughing* Why am I so completely surrounded by people who make terrible puns? And running down 16 flights of stairs like that after running out of a meeting with his boss! Man, I love this seme!
I know that, but I think since no one comments on such stupid behavior and tend to go by the logic of 'those who understand will appreciate the work and won't lose time to teach those ignorant ones by commenting here', then they will never know they are wrong and annoying. I think because nowdays everyone is silenting someone who tries to show another way and teach right things or not speaking openly about what's being wrong, so many new generations are totally ignorant rude and behaving inappropriate nor having understanding and feeling what and where should be done. And what's most shocking me: they are feeling offended and attacked when someone points out their lack of sense or stupid behaviour. I remember in my days when I was kid I respected opinions of older ones, or those who had more knowledge then me in some sphere of life, and tended to question myself, if I saw that I had been in wrong, but now I feel like we would get pinned down getting massacre just by saying something against. I am not attacking, I am just stating the true, and the fact that we don't need annoying bragging of brats who aren;t fit to read something like this and in my opinion yaoi at all until proper years so they will get understanding of the acctuall genre, and those who didn't get into this kind of flow in old yaoi manga, or those who aren't matured enough to enjoy this thing, and I hope some of them will question themself 'is there really a point of my comment here then'... m.m

I think people tend to forget that yaoi is mostly porn. And porn usually gets a pass on storyline. If you want to read a story, pick a shounen ai. And yes, you're right. People do need to be reined in every now and then. However, and this may have just been because it's online and there's no physical tells, it comes off quite confrontational. And mine, looking back on it, may have come off as a little condescending. Sorry about that. Mostly, I just meant that it looked like you were getting more and more frustrated, and I didn't want someone who enjoyed something this fun as much as I did to have any negative connotations with it.
I think my favourite is actually in a different manga. In Moero! on the sniffing one, when the uke is enraptured by the new scent during PE and she drew arrows to all the spectators and said, "They're all stupid." Her snarky style and sly little jokes make me laugh so hard.
