People who don’t except Brian=Ian are really wired. You shouldn’t even had read season 1 till the end (since we knew Ian is reincarnation). Stories with love interest being reborn NEVER separates this character in two, it’s either Ian regains memory or it’s doesn’t matter cause he is Brian anyway. And he has a lot in him from Ian, like strong sense of justice, altruism etc. Whats the point of reading a genre if it’s not for you entirely. It’s not like anything much interesting or shocking happens here so you can hate read anyway...
Well usually the reincarnation has same looks and personality as the og one. Here Ian and Brian have completely different personalities, values and even look a bit different. There’s no way they could become the same person unless author completely nukes Ian.
