MC does date the blonde guy for a time before, I think because he wanted to get the boss out of his mind (and it actually helps from the looks of it), but he never two time them. It's hilarious because the ML sorta acts like a 2nd male lead during that time, including doing his best at cockblocking them (￣∇￣") I'm not great at understanding the raws, but it looks like the blonde guy/MC figures out he still attracted to his boss and they decide to stop dating? Then ML earnestly pursues him and they end up together. Tbh, really hope the blonde guy gets a side story cause he seemed to legit be a great dude.
