Ahh I was excited to read this since I really like reincarnation/revenge stories and it had 300+ chapters which is p l e n t y of material but 22 chapters in and I really can't read this anymore. I tried to hold on to see if it will get better but even if it does what's the point? The MC is ment to be seen as conniving but in reality she's just arrogant. Her personality in general isn't any better than the purple girl. I get she wants revenge and its fine to be petty but really?
You'd at least think the purple hair girl would be smart or something with her schemes and such but really she's just whines and makes random/dumb decisions. (Ex. Bullshitting to the MC's mom that MC wants a new dad even though MC is in the room with them, pushing MC into the pool as if she wouldn't know, the kidnapping...) Her whole reasoning is essentially being jealous but like??? That's it??
There's no chemistry with a lot of characters that should have it like MC and her friend with the glasses. "Oh sure I just got kidnapped with you 10 seconds ago but yeah I believe in reincarnation since you said so." Or MC with her grandpa. She just comes in one day like "hey I got you a snowglobe can I live with you now?" and the grandpa goes "yes, while you're at it you'll be my next successor." For really no reason?
Also everything that happens is so convenient, but not in a good way. Even the first chapter when she's gonna die "oh I just so happen to have this explosive stuff under the bed since I had a friend who gave me it" Even if you say that there's no good reason to have it there? Even though your mother and grandpa were talking in secret away from you they left the door open so you could hear? The guy you woke up after an exam happens to be your teachers kid who also happens to be your tutor who likes your great uncles grandson?
So yeah this thing is like eating dusty cardboard. From reading comments it seems like that doesn't change. ╥﹏╥ I had high expectations but this is a disappointment.
Ahh I'm late to this but decided to read this since I was planning on watching the kdrama. I got a little bit of second hand embarrassment at times from the cliches but the story was pretty good. Some of the messages in this were really nice as well.
The whole thing with the brother and the truth were kind of out of place with the rest of the story bit it wasn't bad. It was like the climax? I suppose? I did wanna punch him at times but at least Miso wasn't a generic dumb heroine. I appreciate that. I do find it a bit weird that they never really mention the brother again or even the morpheus novels considering she was a fan but it does make sense at the same time since they told him to leave and with her experience with him... Oh well though
In the end I just wish there was a little bit more on the side characters like the president and his wife or the other Secretary Kim (she was a really cute character) or even the kids. But in the end this was a satisfying read. (⌒▽⌒) I'll probably have to reread it in a few years anyways~
The main characters are pretty plain with their personalities. I get that they're that way to kinda show how they're misunderstood and actually kind and what not but they're really boring. :/
Also the progression with the relationships between characters is way too fast and doesn't make sense sometimes? For example saying "don't expect love" then flirting and acting like lovers quickly afterwards, worrying if they'd see each other, ect??? Its not like they'd need to put up a front for people so its not acting and even if they're married it was pretty much for political reasons do that wouldn't be necessary either. Just kinda left me confused and uninterested in their relationship and some other parts of the story. The knights were more interesting ngl. （￣へ￣）
Late but Kyte during the festival and how excited he was is soon reffing cute. ahhh the little expressions and his smiles since he's with Vassare.(ノ≧∇≦)ノ Also, sad boi hours for Perrat... I hope he can be happy maybe with the sister

Yknow they really don't address the fact that Adele was reincarnated or was in fasion much. I really wanted to see a scene of her discussing it with the Susan or Felix. Idk like exposing the fact that Susan was pretty much 30 or talking about their world. The only thing it was used for was knowing who Susan really was as an actor, making like two design choices, and some slang jokes in the beginning.
Also in the later chapters Adele is really ooc to me. Before she was always "If you want to end it you can." when it came to the engagement and didn't care about glitz and glam. But now she's kinda guilt tripping Felix which is a shitty move in order for him to confess and kinda forcing him to make this grand proposal. I get that she is in love with him and he didn't fully confess when the opportunity was there but ngl dealing with all the political stuff and the trial is more important. Felix was working on this big case for Adele to convict those who've wronged her but she's upset with him because he has issues involving past trauma??? But somehow it's still his fault??
Yeah Adele is right when she says that they need a bit or turbulence in order to strengthen their relationship and the idea to get rid of the rumors but the way she went about it was totally wrong. I'd blame it on bad writing. I thought it was a good story at first but the conclusion is so messy. :/
While he does have a fukkin huge dick nobody mentions that his fingers are like regular to large sized dicks compared to humans- I applaud Kouichi for his bravery and will cause damn if his ass isn't getting ripped Σ( ￣□￣||)
But I also think the teasing nature of the friendship between Latte and the dark haired duke guy is going to be pretty cute. I don't remember their names since they don't really have much of an impact.
Also ngl Ibelin is so shady, I can see her teaming up with Peridot or something in the future to get rid of Latte. ╥﹏╥ Just let my girl enjoy her popcorn.
