i think u guys KEEP forgetting that seungho is totally emotionally traumarised, which is why he resorted to the habits he has now. he's only JUST come to terms with the fact that nakyum makes him feel at peace, but he HASN'T come to terms with the fact that he LOVES him. seungho is emotionally traumarised and vulnerable, so his acts of bizzare behaviour come from him trying to deny it.
he isn't the way he is without reason.
