How Intimidating am I I suppose 9 hahah everyone of my classmate is affraid of me, they even said that the way I look at them is very scary when I'm just looking at them normally. Have you experienced work discrimination?

I have this coworkers who think they can do whatever they want to me just because I don't do nothing about it.. like we have a fixed schedule with the minimum salary I hate it when they change our schedule without consulting us their co workers and directly tells our boss, my schedule is only 20 days a month with them changing now I only get 15 days at best... Even the newbie gets regular sched and higher salary
