I have this feeling that She Li has this obsession with Mo because he found out something about Mo's dad. Probably thought that they were similar and needs to stick together. I'm not sure if his feelings are romantic, but they seem to be borderline psychotic in the sense of "I'll make sure you'll have no one else but me in your life by making your life hard."
