This might be something too nuanced for here or at least maybe I'm overthinking but it kinda bothers me that they always make the stalker or at least some kind of criminal an immigrant to korea.
Like for this one it was so bad with it mainly being referred to someone from China, but this is my second time where the villain was from china, another example would have been the one manwha with the uke with freckles. (Forgot name) Another manwha also went under controversy for having a Muslim immigrant as a villain. (Not a BL tho I think it was straight?) Like what is the point of specifying a specific race to the villain?
Maybe I'm reading too deep into this bc I'm sleep deprived but honestly it feels weird how I constantly see villains made out to be immigrants.
