The author does such a good job at building each character. A lot of them I didn't like before but the way their able to scope out their reasons and show all the different sides of them to make them 3 dimensional is so good.

General public seems to like it , go on the yaoi tag and check popular almost all the manhwas up there includes rape. Potn, jinx, Passion, roses and champagne, codename Anastasia are all very popular in mangago as well as socmed.
You can't fault writers for what they write, some deal with trauma through writing and some just enjoy dark themes in fiction and it's the reader's job to check the tags and see if it is what they would want to read or not.
The easiest way is to stop reading it that forced someone to stop writing it. Like..hell..who do you think u are
