Hmmm, I feel like it has nothing to do with the story "Seize my Boyfriend" per se. But I think you might not just like this current arc?? One of the charm of quick transmigration is that you can jump arcs without missing heavily about anything.

The original title of this is Beautiful White Lotus Online Tutorial, you will surely see more of his white lotusnessss, haha.
I think I still really love this story because there's a lot to ask more. And I like that each arc didn't get drag on and just poof new dimension again.

Like for this one it was so bad with it mainly being referred to someone from China, but this is my second time where the villain was from china, another example would have been the one manwha with the uke with freckles. (Forgot name) Another manwha also went under controversy for having a Muslim immigrant as a villain. (Not a BL tho I think it was straight?) Like what is the point of specifying a specific race to the villain?

I don't think that is the case... it could be a co-incidence as well.. however it has happened that wealthy foreigners did some thing like that to korean celebs.. I remember an instance where a kpop boy group was kidnapped by some president's daughter to have a personal meet and greet.. although they did treat the celebs well, it was still kidnapping as neither the celebs nor the managers had any idea of where the group was being taken and even when the managers caught up they weren't permitted to come inside even if the celebs requested for it..

That is a good point, I think movies and dramas like to play into people's streotypes to make it relatable.. like mean girls in stories are pretty or pretty girls in the story can be mean, but them being pretry is the reason people aling with them and they get away with it speals volumes about the "pretty previlege". Same for men, a handsome guy following you everywhere to get your attention is romantic not stalkerish..

Sorry, but I already answered your point in that I personally have not come across many korean manhuas that have foreigners being the bad guy. That might be your experience but it isn't mine. The most villain/ess I have come across are mostly a fellow Korean who they are somehow related to or acquainted to or may be a rich guy/chebol.
Like Tootsie-roll said above, it was about media portrayal. The typical SK news media move is to blow things out of proportion and making assumptions. Hyperbole is the go-to for most korean entertainment media. Rac!sm and Xenophobia is quite rampant in SK but it is mostly limited to older gen than younger gen. This is a common knowledge for most people who consume K-media in anyform. So yeah, I really haven't come across what you have said on this side of K-media. It could also be the choice of genre, authors, plots, etc that we like to read.
And I only gave one example bc I am neither interested not feel obliged to create a whole list of crimes committed by foreigners against Koreans in SK while I live in a whole different timezone. You can Google that yourself.
Thanks for defending the both of us. And yeah, the American media stereotypes are so easy to see coming from a far now. They have bad guys/supporting roles depending on genre, for a terrorist movie it would be muslims, for a drug-lord kind of movie it would be either Mexican/South American or Russians. Gang movies have Mexican, Italians or Japanese/Asians. For action movies it could be Asians. And ofc, Black people would either be a funny character, a strict one/guiding kind or a straight up villain.
