But I don't think that they're mature enough to raise a child, Dojin is so young, he's not very mature, the whole reason why his family is so protective over him is because they're aware that he is still very juvenile and stubborn, he doesn't understand other people's concern over him and gets angry at their over protectiveness without trying to look at what might be causing it-
He's not very careful with his health, I mean, mans hasn't used a FUCKING CONDOMN not oven once??? (that part seriously bothers me) He's not careful about his medication, thinking that the whole omega thing is just a detail when he is actually not really developed yet and has actual issues with his secondary gender and his heats which in omegaverse world would cause real problems-
And this is just his first relationship, sure, that doesn't mean that they can't be life partners, but I think that being a bit more responsible and realizing that having a child with someone you JUST started dating is maybe a little hasty and hmm DUMB, would be the right thing to do.
Dojin is a great person with great morals, but he acts like the youngest sibling, he acts like a stubborn ass kid, and I don't think a child deserves another child as a parent.
(The seme is helping him become more mature and he is more aware and responsible about his emotions tho- I still think it's too soon anyways, and I would cringe my balls off if Dojin got pregnant, I would "OOF" myself out of this planet)
