i came because the characters looked sexy on the cover but the story was more melancholic than i was expecting T.T reading about old souls in young bodies was heartbreaking. there were happy moments here and there but the vampires seem dulled and miserable too.
I'm so sad this was discontinued (?) what's even more sad is that this manhwa basically disappeared. it's not sold on Lezhin anymore so i guess i author cancelled it :'( i'm glad mangago got to upload up to chapter 67, but i think it went up to 76 so my heart feels so empty that i wont be able to read those (TAT) i got unexpectedly attached to the second couple. i might even like them better than the first. their story was just so touching and beom became SO sweet i ended up loving him :((( it was so sad. i mean changgyeong and mokhwa got lucky that changgyeong has adapted to life on land well, but beom and hunyoung not so much. being different species really affects their relationship. no matter how much they love eachother, their lifestyles are incapable and you can't be with them when you want to. it feels so bittersweet. i haven't felt this empty after finishing a manhwa in a while...i wonder if i can find the raws anywhere. if anyone has the link please share with me ;-;

The second part of the chapter where NK initiates, i can't help but notice i mirrors that one critical scene from early on when he thought SH was IH. Only this time he is conscious of who he is kissing. However, I'm not too sure what to make of it...anyone have ideas?

Same. And I think it was a trick to see how NK will understand this stripping order. If he will protest, or strip and that's it, or if he will immediately assume this means getting party started. The latter proved to be true. SH went with it to see how far NK will go, and well, NK went all the way. SH's facial expressions say a lot

seungho is basically still asking nakyum why he has a sudden change in attitude: why he's so submissive and receptive of his advances when he used to be reluctant and in denial of his enjoyment. seungho asked this a few times before too but nakyum kept avoiding it. he's becoming frustrated so that's why he said "i will get a response from you to this question today"

Okay if SH has shown to have some weird sixth sense when it comes to NK then would he know that he touched himself in his room (I mean obviously NK didnt say SH out loud so he wouldn't know that part). The way they set up the scene, (servant asking why NK gave up on running away and leading into the scene where NK says he thinks of SH when he's masturbating) I'm worried that means he's staying bc he's starting to like him. Something doesn't feel quite natural, it's too fast...I hope the other commenters are right in that NK hasn't fallen yet. I want SH to fight for NK's affection. I thought it was pretty...considerate even...that once SH started to catch feelings he rly went all out to set NK apart from the other servants lol, but I want some more personal contact that makes NK's (my...) heart flutter. Also NK just fell asleep with his pants down and jizz in his hands??? What's the next scene going to be like LOL
Nakyum’s always been sexually attracted to Seungho though. He definitely isn’t in love with Seungho yet but he does realises that he’s being treated quite well as a commoner (for a noble, Seungho doesn’t look down upon Nakyum like the others). So he isn’t as repulsed by Seungho anymore and the dude’s the only one he rolled around in the hat with.
Also, I don’t think Seungho will be obviously physically affectionate with Nakyum anytime soon. At least until he knows what THAT SNAKE HAS SAID TO OUR BB. Honestly, in his eyes, he thinks he’s alr being quite affectionate. He’s a noble, he’s knows and has experienced the treacherous nature of the higher circle so he doesn’t reveal his emotions readily.
