it's a manga... you'll get if you read the whole manga... but I would recommend against reading it.
It's basically a sweet story about a little girl getting adopted by her relative when her really old father dies, until she grows up and it's not a story about father-daughter anymore... *Sigh*
I don't think it COULD be Usagi Drop. This is a lady who is older (magic) younger. That's not how Usagi drop happened.
