There is a photo of Caius and Kouichi with 2 kids. Kouichi is wearing a business suit, so it seems to be him older. So there's definitely gonna be a happy ending. The children seem to be twins? One looks like Caius and the other Kouichi. (I believe this was posted by the author on her Twitter or wherever they post their work, though I'm pretty sure it was Twitter.)
