I might be quiet late for this but, this made my eyes tear up lmao (=・ω・=)

Lmao I wish I could say this to the author, sort of. The reason why she stopped making the manga was because someone messaged her saying they were also abused as a child but their experience wasn’t beautiful like this story is. That kinda upsetted the author and thats why she stopped. She felt she wasn’t portraying the story well and some people werent seeing this as a work of fiction that brings light into DV instead of like, confusing fiction with reality. She never wanted to portray romanticizing abuse or making it seem like this was okay. So she stopped drawing the manga but finished the rest of the story via a novel. She is a literature writer now :) I hope one day though she can come back as a mangaka and make something gritty and real like this story again. Plus, i loved the way she drew bruises and wounds hehe~

You can try this one but the translated chapters are caught up to the raw and I think they update the raw on the same day of the translated chapter so I’m not sure if it actually helps…
