I can't remember a manhwa with a plot like that, and I've read around 400 different ones. I think if the plot was like that, it would be a really angsty story.
I recommend this one below. It's not exactly like you want, but ML had wife which he loved, then she was killed and reincarnated in another body (body of his new wife from forced marriage whom he treats pretty coldly). Of course he don't know about this fact, because she can't talk about it.
