Soyou (girl) had a heart transplant and the heart donor was jaeha’s dad. She knew it was his dad bc she had a dream with his dad and she promised him that she will take care if him on his behalf (since his dad was his only close family). At first, it started with soyou giving him lollipops with a positive notes on them when he sleeps in the nurses office. It happened for a while until jaeha decided to pretend to sleep to catch her placing it beside him. Time pass and they eventually confess to each other (i think jaeha confessed first and soyou confessed right after). They decided to keep their relationship a secret (but they kinda got caught a lot and told their closest friends).
