So idk if you've read the other comments or not but here's what I understand: Anastasia or ss-29 was a failed weapon and all those who were involved in it were killed lest the instructions of how to make it was passed onto another power. From Zhenya's cryptic story in one of the previous chapters, he claims it doesn't actually exist yet people still believe its out there (as per the story of lost princess Anastasia). Taekjoo had difficulties in finding the blueprints for ss-29 but in the most recent chapter it was revealed that the lights and the windows were never closed as the blueprints were, in fact, written in that entire room with glow in the dark ink.
