How tall you are and how much you weigh isn't really important, what matters is the body-fat to muscle-mass ratio – do you need to gain fat or do you want to gain muscle mass? I was around 11 if I remember correctly and it was with a friend of mine (a guy). It was nothing special and I really disliked it.
