It is just my asumption because after the main story there are liie 2 or 3 other lives were they were together but some sh*t went on and that is why i think the seme is so obsessed with uke. He subconsciously don't want to let him go. Or i am just trying to justify his actions because i love the story but i think he is too extreem.
And i agree with the rest there are a lot of really messed up stories out there so we can just waive a littke red flag for this seme ;)

Yup, and in anotther one was when Hosik was chased by some other people in anither lfe, and a tird one where Hosik is a survant and the seme gets married to produce an hair, and Hosik dies from an illness, but finally they are good together in this life
