Not at all. There is a girl that "likes him" but he is not interested and is only using her when needed (but its not even real love she is just oppsesed with him in the moment, but we saw that she isnt like that in future after she realizes she isnt the heroine of her world). This story is more about MC and his family/friends and his ability to manipulate people around hin. Even newly found family is more obvious then romance in here. Definitivly reccomended.
Also, the girl is kinda cliche at first but this story is one of few i can confirm has female characters written properly.
As long as you manage to read up 'till 10th chapter then you'll probably love it too
