Frankly the body becomes resistant to the pills and then it doesn't stop the cramps.....people saying eat banana and sleep on your left side works for some but not all. I sleep on my stomach because that's the only way for relief.

Sorry for the rant!

I used to get really bad period pain (I would puke from how painful it was sometimes) but ever since I started the pill it's not really as painful so if you guys have it really bad it could help you!

Also you're so uncomfortable the entire time, its like your insides are being squished. Plus you're conscious because you might have blood in your pants or skirt. You feel very wet all the time and some periods last for a week or more.

And honestly idek why but hugging a pillow helps with the pain but I usually use this gel that makes my belly cool so it stops the pain I live in the Jamaica so I'm not sure if they sell it everywhere but I use something called macs Ice Analgesic Gel but maybe where you live there is an alternativeლ(´ڡ`ლ)
