The way the superior and brother had sex while superior is blindfolded clearly means "let's just pretend" and when they were found out, the brother probably broke it off so that the superior would finally get a resolution for his unrequited love , which on the next chap. We see the superior drunk and crying out bro's is just maybe him crying out like "please don't let this end , even if this is just pretend please let me get the idea of you being him" which is quiet mean of him if it were true, he was hallucinating him as the brother because of drunkness and being used with older brother as his companion maybe that is why he mistook him as the brother. And his i love you s to bro might have mean " i love you to you to him"

i think 'Ashiya' reference would be the rival of 'abe no' seimei during his era... both of them are the strongest omyoji. ashiya doman and abe no seimei might be the source of the naming.

I think you're reading too much into it, Yahiko may be a bit selfish but he isn't intentionally cruel. Besides, the executive is big, scary and nasty by nature! So of course Yahiko would choose that appearance over any others when it comes to looking scary.
On another note, I'm really glad Yahiko did this because now we get to see Ashiya's dormant powers!!!!
