Guys, it's not pedo because in the dragon race the other dude it at most 4 years older than her. Also she's not really too childish. She's just making up for her childhood. She expresses her love for her father because she never got to as much in her previous life. She also cries a lot and talks about loneliness because she never had any friends. She was abused by her relatives and made fun of at school. While it seems more childish because she's in a child's body I bet she would act the same if she were reincarnated into an older body.
