Normally, in such a context it would mean, that defiled refers to a person already having experienced intercourse with someone they are not in a relationship (meaning not her fiancee anon), btw it is not important if it was with consent or without consent
He could mean sth else, but it would fit perfectly. Like my fiancee already did it with someone else (even though we know it's a baseless rumor when she didn't even have a first kiss and acts like an innocent maiden) so he had to abandon her cause she is not "clean" anymore.
