everybody is like panic about Jiji and the fight.
Meanwhile I was like: Sanji is going to be low-key doing something behind everyone back again..
For those of you who annoy with Sanji, here my opinion
1. He stay loyal to his quote. Not fighting a woman. Respect his decision and loyal.
2. He accept the truth that he can't fight a woman, calling a help is by no mean embarassment, it's call accepting the truth and trusting his nakama.
3. He 'trust' Robin, who is a woman, which he usually want to protect. But this time he gave role to Robin to protect him instead. A contrast and a grow to character.
4. He know, same as in CP9 arc, where the war need him to be. Like when he switch place with ussop at that time, this time it just switch with Robin (and Brook). This place does not suit him and somewhere outthere need him more.
Zoro will not end up in this situation in first place because he does not care if he fight a woman or not, so that what make it different if Zoro is here. But that's why Sanji is special and different in a way, you cannot compare these two. They are both strong and smart, they have their own weakness as well.
I protect Sanji in this chapter because I pity all the manga reader who always says Sanji is annoying or cannot compare to Zoro, and I was like, wtf, you guys cant even see things in a fair oppinion. Most of you who compare always a Zoro bias, which I pity. You can't even enjoy the contrast between Sanji and Zoro. Just think about it, if we have a sam personality for Zoro and Sanji, it would not be interesting as it is now, so stop complaining, jeez.
Yes ...I absolutely agree.....there is nothing wrong with asking help from a friend...also it shows how much sanji trusts,and relays on Robin......and thats what friends are for....and these type of actions shows that.....its not just told to the readers that they are friends or family by dialogues .. Its these small actions that shows the audience that they truly are friends.
And regarding the point about zoro....Im a zoro fan ..but Sanji is also a well written character.... He did exactly how his character is established....he maintained his code of honor by not hitting a women.......I dont even know why people compare them...they both are very different characters....if zoro was in this situation ,yes he would have done something very different......but thats not how sanji's character works.......and honestly it would have been totally out of character for Sanji.
Correct me if I'm wrong... Didn't sanji kicked big mom during the whole cake island? He used diable diambe kick to big mom!! It was in chapter 870 (for reference). I know that big mom is a monster.. That's sanji's kick didn't even flinched her. But big mom is also a woman.. So I'm wondering.. Why he couldn't even fight back to black maria? Just like what he did to big mom (though... I guess he had no choice 'cause they are all gonna die.. If he didn't give help to fight big mom.. But she's still a woman) was he like that towards big mom 'cause she was that really powerful or big mom is not that beautiful unlike the other woman sanji's fought with?... I don't hate sanji.. I actually love him.. I'm just confuse.
No he did not kick big mom...in a sbs or a viver. Card data book ..somebody asked oda the same thing ..and oda said that. .sanji blocked big mom's attack....cause come now its a fricking yonko....if u dont block ur dead...thats what he said...

I wouldn't say 'hate'. Not exactly. It's not like Furuya's character is really hateful.
BUT it's been way way waaaaaaaaaaay too long and the pattern is repeated again. And some of the reader really fed up with it. Though, maybe the reader should understand this is a slow paced manga, if you're kinda an impatient person, this is definitely isn't good for you lol
I agree to an extent, but this is the second act of the manga, like what 500+ chapters into the entire series. I think it’s fair people want to see the fruits of Sawamura’s labour lol
I know, honestly I really think it's time Sawamura to shine too. And actually I almost drop this manga but I didn't because I really like Sawamura haha
