i kinda hope that dr seok gets close to this guy and makes major kwak jealous!! dr seok is a bit nonconforming and i want to see that grow, and maybe it would push major kwak to be less steadfast in his support of a corrupt city. but it also looks like major kwak is doing stuff behind the scenes so who knows where his allegiances are
