The crown prince didn't know he is pregnant, he got suspicious when he recalled how Louis couldn't eat meat or suddenly craved strawberry when it's not in the season and so on, then he went and forced Peter to tell him which I think landed Peter in prison for lying to crown prince before about Louis condition, and when Louis came back he was injured, Maetel asked him what happened in which Louis answered it's nothing serious, the crown prince said his body isn't just his anymore and proceeded to tell him that he found he's pregnant and asked if he plans to run away and abort the baby, he even asked Louis if the child is his which Louis answered it isn't, then he got upset that Louis is trying to run away (he wasn't that upset about the child not being his) and then BAM sex, Louis begged him to end this game but crown prince said he won't let him go, he had a dream and once again saw the dragon crying, he wondered if the crown prince has someone he loves why he's treating him so well and is not letting him go, it makes him think that he likes him and even if it hurts so much, he still wants to stay by his (the crown prince's) side. This is basically until the last chapter in Chinese (ch35)

Uh, by the way, the reason Louis said it's not Maetel's child is that he thinks they have slept together recently but he's four months pregnant so it can't be his baby, because of this he told Maetel he got pregnant before they had sex together so it can't be his child, and Maetel believed him because he thinks Louis sleeps around and he couldn't become pregnant because they just had sex once and getting a man pregnant is not that easy

No, he remembers, he doesn't know how many months pregnant Louis is, and on the night of the deed Louis wasn't in the right state of mind and just jumped to the crown prince's carriage without knowing it's him (I think he was trying to run away from Duke Wayton after rejecting him because he was pestering him), but when he found out it's Maetel he let his guard down, and when the crown prince told him to kiss him he just went and kissed him because he's the crown prince who he loves and then they had sex, based on these actions the crown prince thinks Louis goes around and sleeps with anyone, and after Louis told him the baby is not his and it was conceived before they slept together, the crown prince thinks he was already pregnant on the night they first had sex four months ago (again because it's not easy to get pregnant just from doing it once), he basically doesn't know Louis doesn't remember a thing from that night and thinks he doesn't want to be with him even if the child is his (once he told Louis if he should make Louis pregnant, maybe like this he would stay with him and then they could get married, but now he thinks even if he got Louis pregnant he won't stay with him), he thinks Louis is trying to run away from him and ignore him like what happened years ago, the crown prince doesn't want to lose him a second time
