They show lewellyn as a dog because thatās what the speaker thinks of him as literally everyone in lute thinks of lewellyn as a dog because they do these experiments on some people, lewellyn being the seventh person and these experiments make them more stronger physically, to heal faster. It is basically making him into a trained powerful ādogā for them to kill their enemies they donāt see him as human. Not sure if this makes sense but if it doesnāt please let me know haha
