Yuma doesn't know what happened to Mimori because Mimori never told him the truth. Right now, all Yuma knows is that Mimori kissed the prick and fucking enjoyed it, which hurt him deeply.
he did give him a chance. He was patient with him. He hugged Mimori gently and literally begged Mimori to say anything, but Mimori responded "I'm sorry." It was very misleading. If I were in Yuma's shoes, I would take it as my partner cheated on me too. Of course, if my partner had cheated on me, he would be crying and apologized. He could’ve said “explain what happened” and waited for him to speak, seems like he rushed him and jumped to conclusions, which I’m not hating on him for but he wasn’t right in this situation what so ever. I explained, but "silence means consent" wasn't referring to the assault but to his question that Mimori enjoyed the kiss. I think if i ask my partner "did you like the kiss?," and all I receive is silence and then an apology, I won't be able to understand it in any other way except confirmation that they did enjoy it, or even that they cheated.

It wasn't cheating. It's called poly relationship, when you date/love more than one person. I personally don't like it, but in this case his lovers were aware of it. So no, he wasn't cheating. The thing with poly relationship just like in this manga is that, not everyone in the relationship might me "cool" with it but they jeep on it because they want to be with the person they love. I don't think I would ever want to share the eprson I love with someone else, byt some people can.
