Sorry, I thought that was kind of a trope with vampires. But you're right, first chapter or so says they're not immortal, and they can die if they don't eat. Still think it's unusual not to outlive humans, though.
I think they evolved.. they can die like human.. it's said theyre not immortal anymore..which means they are basically will get old like human n die like Human if get stub by a knife or something.. maybe this evolution that happened to them probably change them because they don't drink blood anymore.. I actually wondering sia is different from them.. jmnp probably she might have a urge to drink blood in the future due to a strong desires.. all of her family are overprotected hmmp because she's different
