Looked at the title of Chapt 18 and thought to myself, "please don't be rape, please don't be rape." I don't think this story would be the type to do that anyway. Just TALK to him, I want to know what happened to Jinha toooooo! I wonder what the father wanted to do with Jinha when he abandoned them so heartlessly.

Of course if manga characters communicated like adults, half of all plots would be gone.

Somehow I always forget the genre while I'm reading... Didn't see it coming. I think I need more of a conclusive ending in my horrors, even though horror is suppose to leave you uneasy. Why do I do this to myself?

Cake-o January 13, 2017 9:39 am

Read Chapt 1. This is some graphic pedo, rape, bully/victim, ultra meta shit.

... Okay this one is rather different. If this story continues, I kinda want to know what happens...BUT I don't think I can handle the graphic pedophilic scenes. It's a parody but it might just be too much for me. Hey if the next chapters come out, please let me know if they are as graphic as the first... haha, why do I find things like this interesting...?

Cake-o January 10, 2017 8:59 am

I thought the sex scene was just a fantasy at first because of the dark background panels. I mean a lot of mangaka use that style when trying to indicate that something is a dream or fantasy so I was surprised that it was real.

And yes, I think the whole chicken thing was gross. And hilarious. I'm a bad person haha.

Cake-o January 3, 2017 9:57 am

A story that is a good balance of hilarity, smut, and drama. And pretty art.

I couldn't help but feel that this is a very American story. Not only with the names and cultural references, but the way Americans see homosexuality. Like in chapter 6 where Alex says that he's probably bi because he likes Cole. I had never heard of the concept of a 'straight' guy dating a gay guy before reading manga. I think this idea is not very common in America. I've always thought if you are attracted to the same gender, then you are gay (or bi). I know not everyone reading this is American, but what do you guys think?

Also, I feel like I should be irritated with Cole because he is just SOOOOO insecure and I hate that but I can't help but love him anyways. The author draws him so cute when crying.

From where I am, I know several supposedly straight men, who are in denial about their homosexuality, dating gay men. AND, they still call themselves straight or bi but never outright say they're gay. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

    I'm assuming it's a cultural context.

Gender is not base on any standard. If a person is dating someone of the same sex and still identify his or herself as "straight" NOBODY should tell them otherwise. We shouldn't try to put labels on each other (⌒▽⌒)

You're right. Hm, this is a different way of seeing gender. I'll take note of this. ヾ(☆▽☆)

The genres are correct. It seems to start off as a slice of life romance but it very suddenly shows it's action/spy/drama in a whole information dump scene. Actually, I feel the rest of the manga is just more information dumping. If you are okay with manga that contains a lot of reading of dialogue, you might find the plot twists enjoyable. I can see why some people like it, but I personally feel that there are better action/spy/drama stories out there.

There was so much in the first two chapters that I found scary... And I've totally read yaoi manga with rape in it before. I guess it's not for me. Beware of this one. I think it should be tagged shotacon.

Did you finish this one? Don't be scared. It has a sweet ending. (=・ω・=)

    iamb March 3, 2017 11:58 pm

it was rough going and I just about stopped reading it twice.. But things get explained later, so at least read through to decide how you feel about it I would say.

Cake-o August 27, 2016 8:02 pm

Sorry, but am I the only one who didn't like it? Maybe it's because I don't read stuff like this often, but I felt like the ending came out of nowhere. I thought it would be more about the tensions of forbidden love but it's more like any other high school student x adult story to me.

    Mewzi January 27, 2017 8:19 pm

I always felt like it was sad for the sake of being sad.

Gosh, so many people in the comment sections are so mean to the girl...
The psychology of three boys coping with the fact that the girlfriend they all share is dying. I can't say that I liked it. I usually like psychological, a little twisted stories, but I guess I just didn't understand what they felt. And all the rape... I think one of the reasons people didn't like it was because it wasn't really BL, because the boys don't love each other. Definitely not a typical story, so it was an interesting read.

Yeah the boys aren't gay but hetero who happen to have done it with a guy. I wish they all started loving or being with each other but they part their ways. It was a good manga tho, just barely a "yaoi".

Tatsumi is clearly bisexual. He was attracted to Orie and screwed him more than once. Senpai might have just been doing the mental substitution, but he got it up twice for Orie, so maybe he was bi, too. Orie was just a wimp going along with it, but it hinted that he was attracted to Senpai. They might all be bi (the guys), although Senpai's might have been about a demented sort of substitution of Yuka.
